A repentant defendant apologised to a judge as she laid down the law to him after he stole tools, copper piping and £1 in loose change.Clint Pickering admitted seven offences before he appeared before Judge Rosalind Coe QC at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday.She gave him nine months in custody, suspended for two years, and imposed a three-month curfew between 8pm and 7am.
