Communities in Nottinghamshire are winning the war on anti-social behaviour, with more than 20,000 fewer victims over the past four years.
Nottinghamshire Police has been using new laws to tackle the issue and has seen a 36 per cent drop crimes like noise, graffiti, letting off fireworks and fly-tipping.
The new rules mean officers and councils can ban people from problem areas and target specific issues as they come up.
