A mum whose car locks were tampered with set up a CCTV camera and filmed thieves breaking into the vehicle days later.
Stacey Hutchinson captured these sinister images of man in a pale tracksuit rummaging through her partner's Vauxhall Meriva, which was parked outside her Long Eaton home, at 1.30am.
The man shone a torch around the car and took a CD, a socket set, £9 petrol money – and even had the cheek to pinch a rolled-up cigarette from the glove box.
