A hoax caller who phoned police 53 times was described by a judge as acting like "a petulant child".The comment came as Lee Fraser was handed a 20-week prison term, suspended for a year, for also causing problems at a police station, hospital and pub.Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard he made 64 calls to police between March and October last year.
